On-Site Interpreting

Our firm offers on-site interpretation at a competitive rate. We provide qualified medical, legal and technical on-site interpreters in a variety of languages, which includeFrench, German, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Korean, Nepali, Haitian Creole, Burmese, Polish, Somali, Punjabi, Bengali, Japanese, Karen, Hindi, and Farsi.

Our on-site interpreting service is ideal for formal business proceedings with a non-English speaking client or group of clients. If you are having some difficulty in deciding if on-site interpreting is the best option for you, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Is your next meeting face-to-face?
  • Is there a risk that misinterpretation will cause personal offense due to the subject matter of the meeting?
  • Is the meeting set for an extended duration of time (over 30 minutes)?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, you may benefit from using our on-site interpreting service.

Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)

If you would like the best of both worlds,  video remote interpreting  (VRI) is the solution for you. VRI provides users with the technology to connect with language interpreters in seconds.

This allows for both verbal and non-verbal communication without the extra fees associated with on-site interpreters.

Originally, VRI was created to help doctors communicate effectively with their multilingual patients, but now it is used in virtually every field.

VRI is a Skype-like service that makes it cost effective for you to communicate competently with any client.

  • Easily scheduled appointments
  • No travel fees
  • Several plan options available

An account is created specifically for you. You simply login to the account and select the interpreter. Then you connect!

VRI Direct can be used on any web browser, PC or MAC, and is a cloud-based solution making it the most versatile and agile language interpretation service.

VRI interpreting is generally charged with a 15-minute minimum and per minute used thereafter. Volume discounts and on-demand services are also available for contracted services.

Telephone Interpreting

Telephone interpreting is an efficient way to mitigate costs for you and your client, while maintaining a strong global presence. Telephone interpreting is charged per minute with no minimum fee. Volume discounts are also available.

Connection is made easy by dialing our interpreter access line, entering your unique code, and selecting the language you need.

Our telephone interpreting service helps you communicate with non-English speaking clients. While using our telephone interpreting service you can expect your translations to be delivered in consecutive mode. This means that the interpreter will wait for the speaker to finish what they are saying before beginning verbal translation. Most telephone interpreting takes place in this manner to ensure efficient translation and mutual understanding between all parties. Telephone interpreting is recommended for situations where telephone communication would have been used regardless of the language barrier.
