We Specialize in Medical Interpretation Services

Our medical interpreting services help ensure accurate communication between providers and patients. Our interpreters are fully vetted and undergo an internal assessment. Prior to each appointment a case summary is provide for the interpreter to be briefed. Interpreters are required to prepare to help ensure your patients receive exceptional care.

We cover single appointments and IMEs. We also are able to work with case managers for auto claims for long-term cases.

As part of our onboarding process, all linguists are required to review and sign the code of ethics. We also monitor our medical interpreters to make sure they take the yearly HIPAA training.

For ongoing cases, our interpreters are able to complete your healthcare facilities internal training. Also, if you prefer a specialized language assessment based on your services, we are able to create the assessment test. All interpreters assigned to your assignments will be required to pass your personalized test.
